Dover Street Market offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
